Fife Befriending Projects
What can the project offer me or someone I am working with?
Lead Scotland has two Befriending Projects in Fife set up to reduce social isolation and loneliness. Fantastic Volunteer Befrienders support both projects supporting participants to build confidence and connect more with their communities.
Fife Young Carers Project 
For young people aged 12 to 18 who have caring role at home in Fife to experience the same opportunities as their peers.
Fife Adult Befriending Service
For adults and older people in Fife who feel isolated, lonely or disconnected, as a result of being disabled or ill health.
Become a Volunteer Befriender
We seek volunteer befrienders aged 18+ in Fife to spend around 2 hours per week or fortnight to reduce isolation and loneliness.
